Rebecca Rich is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She has always been immersed in the food scene, studying baking and pastry arts in undergrad and working in many popular bakeries. Her love of food and science led her to pursue a career in nutrition.
Rebecca believes everyone deserves the opportunity to optimize their health and is excited to offer personalized, holistic nutrition counseling. She specializes in navigating abnormal symptoms in order to find the root cause of illness with a focus on gastrointestinal issues, endocrine conditions, and chronic pain.
Rebecca focuses on evidence-based nutritional interventions, lifestyle changes, and supplementation for chronic and complex conditions. She uses a holistic approach to assess signs and symptoms, conventional and functional labs, medical history, and dietary patterns to provide personalized nutrition therapy to each client.
When Rebecca isn’t practicing nutrition, she spends time with her partner and cat or can be found kayaking, renovating or building furniture, or baking.
